- Organic Greens
- Banana (frozen or fresh) - this is the main sweetener and covers up any spinach taste
- Berries (usually frozen)
- Yogurt
- Flax Seed (some Omega 3; ground before adding)

In the spirit of keeping it real, I have come to notice one of my biggest challenges! My biggest challenge is leading a disciplined life. I'm not talking about disciplining my children - I'm talking about myself. As mothers, as artists, we or I want to do a million things and counting. Distraction is more than a daily occurrence - it's more like every minute!
So I want to present myself with a challenge, a focusing exercise! What do they say, it takes like 30 days to cultivate a habit?
My challenge to myself is a 5-day blog challenge. I know it is not much - but it is a start! I guess it will be sad if I can't even keep that;)
