I mean to say 'jumping kombucha!' I am still new to this
probiotic berverage and new to the habits of this mushroom. It indeed seems to have a life of it's own! It was trying to get out of the jar! I found it leaping - ok - well not exactly - it was stuck to the cover cloth as if it were trying to climb out. I suppose I filled the jar too high, and it was just too tempting for it to sneak out and escape....Oh the memories come 'flooding back' of pets we had as children, and their escapes: the girbles leaping out of their aquariums - that is indeed a funny site - they look like mini-kangaroos when they jump.
